We’ve earned a reputation as a premiere AV integration and installation provider serving the Intelligence and Defense communities, Maryland Public School System, and diversified, worldwide commercial customers.

We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team – Junior AV Programmer! This fast-paced position codes, tests, debugs, documents, and installs new AV software and updates existing ones.

Day-to-Day:

• Writes code for A/V systems along with designing GUIs using AMEX, Crestron, and Extron software
• Implements and conducts tests of A/V code on job sites
• Completes assigned software implementation tasks with high quality and on schedule
• Participates in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications
• Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides
• Proactively monitors the performance of assigned application software and makes approved changes to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness of assigned applications
• Proactively diagnoses and corrects applications and software problems and improve operating performance
• Documents new programs or changes to existing programs
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a relevant discipline)
• 0-2 years’ experience
• Experience with AMX, Crestron and/or Extron in is preferred
