We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team – Mid-Level AV Programmer! This fast-paced, mid-level position codes, tests, debugs, documents, and installs new AV software and updates existing ones. This position work with directly with Project Managers, Senior Programmers and Engineers to identify opportunities to improve operating effectiveness and efficiency of software applications.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

• Writes Crestron SIMPL code for A/V systems along with designing GUIs in VT Pro-e
• Implements and conducts tests of A/V code on job sites
• Assist on A/V trouble calls on job sites
• Completes assigned software implementation tasks with high quality and on schedule
• Participates in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications
• Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides
• Proactively monitors the performance of assigned application software and makes approved changes to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness of assigned applications
• Proactively diagnoses and corrects applications and software problems and improve operating performance
• Documents new programs or changes to existing programs
• Performs other related duties as assigned

To qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline. 3-5 years’ experience is required.

Additional Qualifications Include:

• Experience with AMX and Extron programming
• Experience with Biamp Tesira and Clearone Converge software
