We are excited to recruit for new talent to join our growing and innovative team – Lead AV Technician in Virginia supporting Commercial Services! This position supports our commercial AV/Video Teleconferencing (VTC) production and installation department by working closely with Engineers and Account and Project Managers.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience loading, testing, and troubleshooting control systems such as Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, Polycom, Cisco, ClearOne, and Biamp
• Experience leading a team of Technicians ensuring AV standards are followed
• Experience fabricating, terminating, and installing racks for deployment
• Experience providing accurate project documentation for end-users and management
• Experience testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and diagnosing various AV/VTC and low-voltage systems

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a CTS certification within the first year of employment,
• Ability to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations as required
• HS Diploma or equivalency
